We have not met but I would like to say in my 17 years of closing loans I have never seen a Title Representative proactively reach out to a borrower to review their title report, this is excellent service!
Bobby and I just closed an escrow where in the final week of closing a title issue surfaced which delayed getting loan docs out and we went through the steps of trying to go with a different title company etc. Your proactive service would have identified the issue up front :>)
The better we all work together as a team the smoother the experience will be for our client, as we all know in the current lending environment there are a tremendous amount of details to work through to close an escrow, your out of the box thinking is inspiring.
